Yorkshire Building Society has launched the lowest fixed rate mortgage on the market, a two-year deal charging 1.17%.
It is available to borrowers with a 35% deposit, and has a £1,345 product fee.
Options for customers who want to offset their mortgage include a 1.37% two-year fixed rate with a £1,345 product fee at 65% LTV.

“We’re proud to offer the lowest two-year fixed rate mortgage currently available.”

Yorkshire Building Society offers a range of mortgages, including some with no product fee with rates starting from 1.89% for a two-year fixed rate for borrowers with a 35% deposit.
