New homes PropTech platform, Unlatch, has recently been appointed as a partner to Third.i Group, the Australian-founded developer now dominating the UK market.

Third.i have successfully launched their first UK project, Graphite Square at Vauxhall, which consists of 161 homes and co-working across 80,000 square feet of space that will connect previously isolated streets and green space into one thriving neighbourhood.
The £180 million Graphite Square build has been credited as the fastest-selling development in the UK, in addition to being the most rapid built timeline development project in Britain, having only begun in October 2021 and with piling completed in just seven months.
To this end, by May this year, over £40 million in sales had been achieved.
Latched up
