We’re very proud of our working environment and the recognition it has bought us. When asked why they rate our working environment so highly, staff pointed to a few recognisable activities such as our regular charity events, reward schemes and career progression. The most important aspect that came from the Sunday Times ranking though, was how much staff valued the atmosphere at work and how much they enjoyed being part of their team.
